	You won’t have to worry about making the wrong choice when you purchase Hunter Douglas window coverings from Hunter Douglas Gallery stores, such as Dominic’s Decorating. Shop with confidence knowing you are covered by the Hunter Douglas Right Choice Promise. Select your window coverings and, if you are not satisfied, you can exchange them for a product that better suits your needs.

How the Guarantee Works

After installation of your new window fashions from Hunter Douglas, you can enjoy them in your home for 21 days. At the end of this time, if you are not completely satisfied with your new window coverings, please contact Dominic’s Decorating. We provide a one-time replacement of your window coverings for a nominal fee that will not exceed $75 per window. You may replace the product with any other Hunter Douglas window covering of equal or lesser value.

Additional Details about the Program

The Right Choice Promise applies to residential installations only. The promise excludes incorrect measurement, improper installation, damage, or abuse to the window coverings. In addition, product stacking, control side change, change in product size, specialty shapes, and hard wired motorized products are excluded.

The Hunter Douglas Right Choice Promise covers replacement products that are of equal or lesser value. If you select window coverings that are more expensive than the original window coverings, you will be required to pay the difference and an installation charge of up to $75 per window. The claim must be made through the original Hunter Douglas Gallery dealer as the original installation.

Program Details

*The Right Choice Promise applies only to residential installations. It excludes: damage and abuse, improper installation, mis-measurement, product stacking or control side change, hard-wired motorized products and specialty shapes requiring templates. Change in product size (i.e., inside mount to outside mount or vice versa) is excluded. An additional re-installation charge not to exceed $75.00 per window covering may be required. If the replacement product is of greater value, you must pay the difference in value. No credits or refunds for products of lesser value. Claims must be made by the original customer through the original Hunter Douglas Gallery® dealer. The Right Choice Promise™ is available only through participating Hunter Douglas Gallery® dealers.
